The Zoar Road Race took place on Sunday, August 3rd, under pretty wet conditions. But thanks to a great volunteer corps, 60 die-hard racers and solid officiating, the event went well in spite of the poor weather. See the full results and podium photos below.

The cat. 1/2/3 field was won by Brian Batke (Team Columbus), after he split apart the 3-man break containing the rest of the podium: James Dieringer (Lake Effect), who placed second, and our 'out-of-towner', Bruce Hendler (Rocknasium/CBE) who was third.

John Lorson (OCC) won the Masters35+ category. Woody Patrick (Savage Hill) was the first cat. 4 across the line. Mary Ellen Bailey (StarkVelo) won the Women's category and Samantha House was second. The cat. 5 field was won by Dan Guggenheim, beating Erik Lesco by a tire-width.
